It has been a pleasure and honor to serve my friends and neighbors as the 7th District Representative for the past 8 years. I find that my number one job in Olympia is to educate my colleagues from the coast what it means to live on the land. My goal is to protect our way of life while working to improve our economy. After each session in Olympia, I love coming home to my wife and son and our ranch on top of Bodie Mountain. |

Well, the 2012 election year is almost over. I want to thank everyone who supported me this past year. Without you, I could not do what I do in Olympia. This past year, I had the honor of being elected once again as the deputy leader for the House Republicans. Serving in leadership has given me the opportunity to help shape (or defeat) the bills that are introduced. It has also given me more leverage to fight for the issues that are important to our district. Please take a little time and look around my web page.
